Oakland University administrators have made changes to the Important Dates section of the Fall 2009 Academic Calendar due to the late start of classes this semester. No additional days were added to the academic calendar.

Circuit Court Judge Edward Sosnick has ordered both sides into his chambers to continue negotiations. They must show progress towards a settlement by 11:30 am. If the two sides are unable to agree on a contract, the judge will likely issue a ruling.
